"Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon."
~ Dalai Lama
Hi! I am Stacey. I am a mom, Holistic Health Coach, and Private Chef. My training is from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Personal & Private Chef Association. I have also trained under Andrea Beaman in many areas of holistic health including: Holistic Health Cooking Certification; visual diagnosis, meridian diagnosis, healing herbs, our health related to the chakras, and more. I have a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Small Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University. I also have a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
After years of being sick and several misdiagnoses, I finally discovered my path to health in 2008. I almost forgot what it felt like to feel good. Really good! I was referred to the right alternative doctor and then I enrolled in IIN. I continued to heal myself through changes to my diet, and making some major life changes. I haven't looked back since.
I have spent over twenty years cooking for myself (and three children), as well as in cafes/restaurants, and homes, learning the art of preparing beautiful nourishing food that tastes great and makes your tastebuds dance.
I've had a passion for delicious whole foods since I was a child. I am mostly self-taught and my learning of new foods, techniques, and skills will be lifelong. I am always looking for ways to improve my skills, prepare new dishes, and offer new services that will improve the well-being of my clients, as well as myself and my family.
I decided to expand my business in early 2013 by adding a private chef to my services. In 2014, small event catering was added to my services offered. My goal is to inspire others to live a healthier life and fall in love one dish at a time.
I took a bit of time off from my private chef business to work on marketing and take a much-needed pause, but it is calling me back with a renewed passion and so much more knowledge. Enter Soup CSA. I look forward to filling your bellies with goodness!!
