Enjoy a unique dining experience in your home. Drop-off meals are offered as well as in-home chef-prepared meals. I work with you to create a personalized menu. Invite your friends or family over for a relaxing and fun evening while I take care of the rest. Yoga retreats, yoga training, family gatherings, etc.

I will occasionally offer seasonal cleanses and other coaching services. Have health/nutrition-related questions - set up a 1:1 and ask away. We will create the best plan for your needs together. 

I can also create a customized menu plan based on your personal needs. I specialize in gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian.
