Private Dinners & Retreats
For 10 years now, I have been preparing meals for private dinners, yoga retreats, yoga teacher trainings, private clients weekly, small wedding receptions, and group gatherings around the Finger Lakes. Invite your friends and/or family over and let me take care of the rest!
We work together to create a personalized menu for your gathering. My background in Holistic Nutrition, as well as personal experience, has taught me to work with all sorts of dietary restrictions, food allergies and sensitivities, and lifestyles. Meals can be presented as a plated four-course meal or family style. It's your preference.
How it works - Begins with an email. Send me a few details of what you are looking for and then we can set up a time to chat so that I can gather more details about any dietary restrictions, allergies and special requests. Then once the date and headcount are confirmed, I will send you a deposit link and event agreement. I will then get to work creating a menu for you to get excited about. You can either give the chef creative freedom or we can choose to work together to create the perfect menu!
The day of I will show up with much of the prep already done. I will get settled in and begin prep. You supply the kitchen, supplies & utensils and plates for the group. (unless otherwise discussed ahead of time). The kitchen will be left all cleaned up so that you can relax and enjoy your gathering.
Average groups fall between 6-10, and up to 20.
Choose from plated or Family Style for on-site prepared meals, or delivered prepared meals.
A typical meal begins with a Veg Board that consists of local & seasonal ingredients, nuts/seeds, breads and crackers, and 1-2 spreads; Whipped Feta w/ Marinated Olives & local bread or a Cheese & Charcuterie Board.
