Most dishes come with a side or two, unless it is a one-pot dish.
I do my best to use as many local and/or organic ingredients as possible. Using what is in season is important to our health and well-being.
This is only a sample of the items that I can prepare. I am more than happy to take requests if you have something you would like me to make for you.
Most of these dishes can be modified to accomodate any special dietary needs.
